We have built BizGreet to work with your CRM. Our flexible interface means that it’s never more than just a few clicks from having your BizGreet implemented the way you want it for your business. We can take your sales process and implement a BizGreet lead management system through your current Salesforce.com lead flow. A lead comes in from your website…BAM…the lead gets input into Salesforce.com and also triggers a personalized video response based upon the information gathered in the contact form. When the prospect watches a video…BAM again…the lead is updated in Salesforce.com and perhaps triggers the subsequent video or some other action. Trigger BizGreets from Salesforce.com, and use BizGreet to update lead statuses within Salesforce.com.
