Our board of directors consists of Mat Harris, Mark Peters and the following investors:
Dan Keelan - Dan is an experienced high tech executive in Austin, TX. Most recently he has been CEO in turnaround stints in venture-backed companies Quickshift and Formation Systems.
Dan joined i2 Technologies in its early stages and contributed to i2’s growth from $10 Million to over $1 Billion in annual revenues in a number of senior management roles, including Managing Director of i2 EMEA, Founder & President of i2 APAC, Vice President of Sales West & Central USA. Before i2 Dan held a variety of sales, sales management, and general management positions at Oracle and IBM/Rolm in the USA and Australia.
Dan received his BS in business administration from Washington University, St Louis, Missouri.
Bob Brewton - Robert L. “Bob” Brewton is president of Brewton Investment Corporation (BIC), a capital investment firm located in Houston. BIC has numerous investments in multifamily and resort real estate, mezzanine level venture capital and asset-based loans.
Prior to forming BIC, Mr. Brewton was a senior partner and chief investment officer of Residential Company of America, a real estate investment and management company covering the southern United States. He also was a founding director of Fidelity National Bank and has been involved with the Urban Land Institute and the National Multi-Housing Council.
Mr. Brewton has served as director and exe3cutive committee member of the Juvenile Diabetes Foundation and is on the board of The Foundation for Tomorrow, a nonprofit organization for establishing the Yellowstone Academy, a faith-based private school serving low-income families in Houston’s inner city.
Active in the Second Baptist Church, Mr. Brewton is involved in the Second Baptist School where he has chaired its annual “Soar” fund raising campaign and been president of the School’s Parents Association. Mr. Brewton holds a BBA in finance from Baylor University.
Richard C. Marcus - Richard Marcus, a senior advisor at Peter J. Solomon Company, a leading independent investment banking firm, is a director of 7 Billion People, Inc. and My Wines Direct. He spent 28 years with Neiman Marcus, and was its CEO from 1979 to 1988.
Mr. Marcus has been on several retail boards including Waterworks, Lands End, Michael’s Stores, and Zale Corporation, where he served as a non-executive Chairman of the Board.
He has devoted considerable time as an advisor and investor in several early stage companies that built new businesses through the Internet, including XcelleNet, Totality, Novo, 7thOnline, and 7 Billion People.
